SkyHigh is open 7 days a week 365 days a year, including all public holidays.

Situated less than an hour from the Melbourne CBD, on the uppermost reach of the Dandenong Ranges, amid cool ferny glades and lush towering native forests, SkyHigh is one of Victoria’s premier tourist attractions with majestic views to be experienced day or night over the Melbourne skyline.

Our award winning SkyHigh bistro is available for coffee and kiosk items from 10.15am 7 days a week and the bistro lunch menu from 11.30am to 4pm, we have over 70 tables so no need to book, the bistro menu is available every day except when we are running special events like Mother’s Day, Father’s Day and Christmas Day, just place your order at the counter and select a table to sit at (no bookings required).

The SkyHigh restaurant is open Monday to Saturday from 5pm (bookings required). The restaurant is located on the lower floor area, same area as lunch but with a restaurant menu, table service, cloths and mood lighting.

Our toilet facilities are located in the main building at the back of the bistro and restaurant, the outside toilet block is opened during peak times only (busy weekends, public holidays and school holidays).

Our upstairs function room, with spectacular floor to ceiling windows, is available for larger private groups so please contact us if you are looking to have a party or event. We can also cater for intimate private functions and large wedding ceremonies.

SkyHigh is one of the most popular Dandenong Ranges attractions and has so much to offer for the whole family. Stroll through the beautiful landscaped gardens, take a forest walk under a canopy of Australian eucalypts, visit the Australiana Tree, or relax on the Giant’s Chair! We are the perfect place for a day trip.

We also have gas barbecues (charges apply) and plenty of lawn area including picnic tables for you to bring the family and enjoy a leisurely picnic in the sun or grab a takeaway and sit on the picnic tables to eat it.

SkyHigh is a very popular tourist attraction and parking spaces are limited at busy times, for this reason we charge $5 per car Monday to Friday and $10 per car Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays and school holidays for parking in our private car parks. You are welcome to walk up, cycle or come up in the public bus if you wish to avoid the parking fee.
